I have been dining here 1-2 times a week since I relocated to Toronto in 2007, and it's simply the best sushi I've ever had! Don't pay any attention to the negative remarks from the Peanut...
Very good food and very attentive service. They topped up my green tea and water every five min which is very rare for a sushi restaurant!
The restaurant offers a great selection of sushi rolls, and the brown rice option was a delightful change from the usual white rice. They are quite generous with their...
I've been here about 20 times, and each time the sushi and service have been excellent.

I recently tried the tofu sushi roll and the sweet potato sushi roll at this restaurant and they were both delicious. I will definitely be returning and would highly recommend it to others.
This restaurant offers a wide selection of affordable vegan sushi. The vegan and vegetarian sushi rolls are priced at around $6 to $8 per dish, with each dish containing approximately 8 pieces. The dishes provide great value and have delicious flavor. It can get crowded during weekend dinner hours.

I recently had an all-you-can-eat lunch with my girlfriend and everything was outstanding. The sushi was incredibly tender, the dim sum was deliciously fresh, and they provided ample ginger for the sushi (something I usually feel is lacking). The server was friendly and efficient, and the restaurant was well-maintained. I highly recommend this place!

Echo Sushi has the freshest sushi I have ever had. It is the only place I've ever been to where the slightly more expensive AYCE price is ACTUALLY WORTH IT. Echo has about 3 4 different kinds of tuna and they are all amazing.<br/ <br/ It's a small restaurant so you have to be patient with the staff when it gets busy. If you need more tea or water, they are not ignoring you the restaurant is just full and staff don't have a lot of room to maneuver. That's why I hope they open a bigger place or another location one day. <br/ <br/ This business is not like its competitors whose staff ignore you when the place is empty. The staff are friendly and very patient so cut them some slack. The hot food is great. <br/ <br/ My favourites:<br/ Tempura: Sweet potato, Shrimp<br/ Gyoza<br/ Spicy chicken<br/ Cubed steak with garlic<br/ Sashimi: Salmon, White Tuna, Red Tuna, BC Tuna, Red Snapper<br/ Nigiri: Unagi, Salmon rose (Very interesting <br/ Rainbow roll<br/ All Dragon rolls<br/ Spicy rolls: Salmon, Tuna<br/ Snow roll (This roll is riceless and it is AWESOME! <br/ <br/ 4/5 stars only because I wish the restaurant was bigger. <br/ <br/ If you go for dinner on a Friday or Saturday, make sure you make a reservation especially if there are a lot of people with you.<br/ <br/ I love you, Echo!
Our fav sushi place. We have only tried their sushi, sashimi and rolls. Their quality is always great and more importantly, consistent. We always receive great service. We have been ordering at least once a week in the past 4 years (to go) and we love their brown rice rolls!
This place is great! The all u can eat dinner is great, lots of good options and good food. One thing I love that I 've never seen at any other sushi restaurant is that they offer a brown rice sushi roll option. And I 'm not talking 'brown ' rice that looks like white rice with colouring. I mean real whole grain brown rice. And it tastes delicious! The servers are very attentive and the sashimi is fresh. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good little sushi joint around town!
Absolutely the best all you can eat sushi place I've been to. I actually didn't like sushi until going here. The best!

FOOD: 3/5 I'd say this place is average in terms of quality vs price of seafood. This applies to sushi and rolls. I cannot say that I was surprised by how...

Many inexpensive vegan sushi. Vegan / vegetarian sushi (mostly sushi rolls) is about $6 to $8 per dish, and each dish has about 8 pieces. Overall value and good taste. Can be busy during the weekend dinner hour.
I tried the tofu sushi roll and the sweet potato sushi roll and they were really good. I will definitely go back and I recommend it.

Decided to try this place for dinner based on TA reviews. Food was decent without being outstanding, although there were some interesting items -- the brown rice sushi, for example. Service was good, food arrived quickly and was hot. The rolls tended to fall apart a little. The ambience is bland, and it is expensive -- the weekday price is $27.99 each (AYCE), with no discount for kids. If the price were better we'd probably go back, but as it is, likely not.
