My go-to dish is the soy sauce chicken noodles, which are topped with diced ginger, spring onions, and sesame oil. The beef noodles are also delicious, with tender beef braised with bay leaves, anise, chillies, and dates for hours. They offer an interesting selection of Asian teas near the check-out counter, and I usually opt for the sugarless jasmine tea when available.
