However, they tota... read more Initially I was a bit skeptical, as the appetizers were a bit bland and we had a long (close to an hour) wait between our starters and mains. However, they totally made up for it with the conversation and samples of other dishes. The service (despite the wait) was excellent and wine recommendations were great. Mains were full of flavour and definitely worth the wait. Great intimate experience at this small French bistro. The daily changing menu keeps things interesting, but could run the risk of some hit or miss dishes.

The food in the beginning came out delicious. Loved the tartar and the beet salad. The scallops were really flavorful. Every item on the menu when we tried it was lactose free except for the dessert. The pasta dish tasted a little on the bland side and the duck was okay. The cod fish tasted the best for the main. Our waitress was awesome! The place is pretty small, fits about 20 ppl total for dine in and 8 at the bar for drinks. You can park on the side streets.
