Denny's (Dundas) - Toronto

Ram, the late night server, is the best waiter I have ever encountered. He made my dining experience at Denny's one of the best in my life. Even when most people are asleep, he treats us like his best friends and makes the dining experience incredibly enjoyable.

In any industry, customer service is crucial. Unfortunately, the short lady with glasses at this restaurant has a terrible attitude. She is seen walking around cursing and behaving foolishly. If she doesn't enjoy her job, she should consider finding something else to do. To make matters worse, there is no manager available to address any concerns. I had to wait over 40 minutes to pick up the food I ordered.

I had a wonderful experience tonight at the Denny's restaurant near Dundas Square. Despite passing by numerous times before, I finally decided to stop in for a late-night bite while working on my laptop. I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious food and the exceptional service provided by Ram, the late-night host. He made sure I had wifi and was very friendly and attentive without being too intrusive. Thanks to him, I was able to finish my work, relax, and enjoy my meal in peace. I left the restaurant feeling content and looking forward to my next visit. Well done on your choice of staff!

A few months ago I discovered Denny's Toronto Dundas location, and have returned several times since. The service has always been very good, and the food is good and not overpriced. I especially like their 55+ menu. Good value for my money!During my last visit our server Khan was nice and attentive and provided great service!
