This place was recommended to us by a friend and we weren't disappointed.We started off with the arugula and Greek salads, both very good. We ordered the house special and Hawaiian, both were excellent. In fact it's the best pizza we've had in the east end. The crust was perfect and everything tasted fresh. What User doesn't like about Danforth Pizza House:
We ordered half pepperoni and half cheese since there was 2 of us and we wanted different things. The pepperoni part was fine but the half with just cheese was awful. They barely put any cheese on the pizza. It was like eating crust with a bit of sauce. Still hungry and wanting pizza I went to Papa Johns down the street. Finally felt satisfied. Also, Danforth Pizza Hut was too pricey, especially for what we got View all feedback.

Delicious pizza ! A bit more expensive versus the big chains but worth it. Generous toppings... amount of dough is a little more than the chains use, which personally I like.
Since moving to Greektown almost 2 years ago, the wife, dog and I have picked up a few dozen pizzas from DPH. They recently renovated and it looks great. Super friendly family slinging pies with awesomely fresh ingredients keeping it simple and wildly tasty. See you next week!
This place make good old fashioned pizza from scratch. This not a new trendy thin crust pizza place, it simply makes the best pizza you can get on the Danforth, if not Toronto. They make their own sauce and dough, based on the original owners recipe. And with the new owners renovating the place, it looks better then ever.
I was referred to this pizza joint by my friend Shogun and man that pizza was the bomb! I also tried something called a pinerli which was also excellent. The guys working there are very cool but the pizza takes all the awards..Top class!
