The environment was beautiful; but eating was under standard.
The creativity and quality of the sandwiches were below par from all the other high teas in the city, Even the China was plain and bland. We requested a vegetarian option, and the selection was very basic, as well as one of the sandwiches was simply duplicated. I feel like there was a missed opportunity to showcase the skills of the kitchen. The best part of the meal were the sweets and the service from June! I was hoping the four seasons would blow us away but it was underwhelming to say the least.
Me and my wife had a charuterie, a table of cheese and others small foods, it was amazing. The service also was great, any time I minimally moved my hand, someone was by me to ask if i need anything. The only thing that wasn't perfect is that i think it could be a bit bigger as it is supposed to serve 2.
Food is great The music is horrible. Just a driving drum beat. Annoying. Change your music. Everyone around me was saying the same thing. Or save the “club music” until after 10pm Play lounge music or dinner music during dinner before. That’s your crowd there
D Bar is not a good location for High Tea The sandwiches were stale and unacceptable Four Seasons took them off the bill We like Four Seasons but High Tea did not work for the hotel

We had an excellent evening celebrating a friend's birthday. The service, food, and atmosphere were all fantastic.
Food was good and everything but we ordered two entrees, appetizers and a few drinks for two people. We couldn’t finish the ribeye steak so we asked to take it home with us (had 6 good strips left) they only packaged 2 strips.. what happened to the rest of it…
High tea was delicious! The service staff was help and attentive … but not too attentive.

Hands down, the most beautiful restaurant decor in Toronto. The service was impeccable as well. My friends and I gathered for a lovely Mother's Day High Tea at d|bar and it was absolutely fantastic. It was my first time visiting, but it certainly won't be my last. The High Tea spread was delightful, with a generous selection of sweets. As I watched the tempting lunch dishes being served to other diners, I knew I had to come back soon for cocktails, lunch, or dinner. I highly recommend this place.
