Very good service, very well made drinks. Just be aware of the odd scammer trolling the bar looking for business travellers, painfully obvious.

Soothing and intimate space to carry on conversation and enjoy simple, bar themed food. Service a little slow to get started but eventually warm and discrete. Consort bar is popular with hotel and off property clients and if you are looking to escape the rush of the city, go here.
After waiting a little over an hour for our order to be taken, my wife and I ordered a Wellington and a Canadian burger. Upon arrival both burgers were swimming in grease, so much so the buns were soggy, my wife received the top of a tomato in her house salad and my fries tasted stale. For a $65 meal of 2 burgers I feel robbed, not impressed.
Food was meh. Service terrible. They missed my orders twice, no apologies, no fixing it, just stared at me when I asked about it. Drink also was bland and tasted watered down
