We celebrated our anniversary here and everything was perfect! We are seafood lovers so we were very excited about the options on the menu. The server showed us different fresh fish that were available that night and explained how each would be cooked in great details. We ordered pan seared black scabbard fillet with risotto and the dry seafood soup with lobster and clams. Both were amazing!! The service was exceptio... View all feedback.
What Jazmyne Sporer dislikes about Chiado Restaurant:
I don't mind overpriced but I hate it when it comes with undersized portions. The owner just doesn't get it. I complained a couple of times and finally gave up. The food is good but you leave hungry. View all feedback.
While high priced I have consistently found this to be the best seafood restaurant I have eaten at and always try to return to it when back in TO.
From the summerlicous menu: Cod fish cakes (can't remember the exact name of the dish): they were unimpressive and tasted like a mix between a potato
If you are looking for a sophisticated Portuguese restaurant this is a great option.
