Sevice here is beyond spectacular, which is truly amazing given its location. Can't recommend enough, will definitely be coming back.

I really enjoy visiting this restaurant! The staff is incredible. I have to give a special shout out to Felix though. He creates such a welcoming atmosphere! Thank you for making our dining experience so enjoyable!

Today is my birthday and I wanted to treat myself to a special drink. I usually have a great experience at Chatime, but this time was exceptional! I ordered a hot pearl milk tea and it arrived quickly. One of the baristas, Felix, was extremely friendly and helpful. When I mentioned it was my birthday, he congratulated me. The pearl milk tea was delicious. This has truly been the best birthday ever! P.S. Felix deserves a raise.

I had an incredible experience at this restaurant! Not only did I dance and sing to my server, but their tea was the best I've ever had. I am now a new customer and big fan. Malia loves their vegetarian options, especially the oat milk.
