I ordered a h... read more Today is my birthday and I wanted to treat myself to a special drink. I usually have a great experience at Chatime, but this time was exceptional! I ordered a hot pearl milk tea and it arrived quickly. One of the baristas, Felix, was extremely friendly and helpful. When I mentioned it was my birthday, he congratulated me. The pearl milk tea was delicious. This has truly been the best birthday ever! P.S. Felix deserves a raise.

I am now a new customer and big fan. Malia loves their vegetarian options, especially the oat milk.

I stopped here on my way home in the summer, drenched in sweat, and I had some items in my hands, but forgot to bring a bag to carry them. Thankfully, they had a huge, insustrial fan blowing cool air right by the seat I chose. I ordered this nice Golden Oolong Milk Tea with Grass Jelly, which had an interesting flavor, but most importantly, contained the Grass Jelly to help support my health. After processing the payment, I asked if the guy working there could please give me a bag for the items I was carrying. Since I tipped them, I think they used the tip to cover the cost of the bag, since I didn't have any loose change on me. How nice was that?! Long story short, it was a lovely experience: great tea, nice atmosphere, outstanding customer care, and I got to cool off for a few minutes before going home.
