They got my drink completely wrong and when i asked them to make a new one they laughed at me and said “its just going to taste the same as your other one”. When i got the new drink (it was correct this time) i told them that it was perfect and thanked them. They gave me the dirtiest looks.. definitely not coming back. Own up to your mistake and treat your customers correctly

Haven 't had a good bubble tea in a long time, and I 've always been curious about Chatime. Was visiting Toronto and happened to walk by a location so I had to go in. Super long line and a long wait around 4:00 pm, but it honestly didn 't bother me. The music was bumping and it gave me a long time to decide what to get. There 's so many things to choose from it can get a little tricky deciding. I ended up getting a taro root bubble tea with pearls because it 's a go to flavour for me. The employee taking my order warned me that the taro root tea at Chatime was more powdery than most other bubble tea shops which I thought was strange... it almost seemed like she was telling me NOT to get what I ordered. I ended up drinking the whole thing. It was a tad powdery at the very end, more like just bits of taro were left and I was totally okay with that. Wish there was a location in Ottawa!
