When I drank my salted caramel, it didn’t taste like it usually does from past orders, but I assumed they just used less flavoring. Later, I realized they had completely mixed up the labels—my friend actually got the salted caramel (labeled as milk tea) and I got the regular milk tea. Also, I found it odd that they charged 50 cents for a bag to carry the drinks. Not everyone drives; I take public transit, and charging extra for a simple plastic bag feels unreasonable.

The staff are consistently friendly and genuinely attentive to my beverage preferences. That said, as a franchise, they follow strict standard operating procedures, which sometimes limits how much they can customize drinks to my liking.

Seating is not usually a problem. Also they tend to run out of promotional drinks very quickly at this location. It's happened to us on a few occasions.

The... read more I always enjoy coming to Chatime! The bubble tea is consistently fresh and delicious, with lots of options to customize your drink exactly how you like it. The tapioca pearls are the perfect texture—chewy and sweet. I love their peach green tea, but honestly, you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Service is usually quick and friendly, and the shop is always clean. It's definitely one of my go-to spots for a refreshing treat!
