Capocaccia Cafe - Toronto
Capocaccia Cafe
Description
Experience at this restaurant was mixed. One visit was highlighted by great service, well-paced meals, and flavorful dishes like the pasta of the day. Another visit was marred by slow service, underwhelming salads, and poorly cooked pasta dishes. Despite some inconsistencies, the restaurant was praised for good food and attentive service at reasonable prices. While some diners experienced memorable meals with dishes like fried calamari and pizza, others found the food to be average. The ambiance was noted to be cozy and the patio charming, though noise levels could be an issue. Overall, Capocaccia offers a solid dining experience with room for improvement.

Had a lovely happy hour on the patio. The calamari is 10/10 crispy but not overly oily. Service was extremely friendly Lucas gave us all the recos and was really friendly, engaging, and funny! Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Here with a group of friends for summerlicious. The pre fix menu was so delicious. Beautiful tasting pasta and an excellent atmosphere. Will come here again! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
It was a perfect combination of delicious food and exceptional service. I really liked how the staff stayed on top of every order. When they had a moment, they took the time to explain how they prepared the cocktails, which I appreciated. They were always smiling, and it was clear they cared about the customers and the overall vibe. The appetizers were outstanding, and the pizzas were absolutely unforgettable. Found my new favorite Italian restaurant in town. They have the best home reciped tiramisu to die for. Their flourless almond chocolate cake is just as awesome. Will definitely come back for more.
Paid $60 for 2 Pepperoni Pizzas. The place looked like an over stocked furniture store, crowed tables. They put us on the patio, the heaters are on the ceiling we had to put on our hats so our hair wouldn't burn. The waitress tried hard to upsell, she asked us 5 times if we want drinks. She didn't have a clue, when we ask her about certain items. The food, nothing really to warrant the price. Don't waste your time and money. Could get better food and a better ambiance if we ate at the Loblaws up the street.
