What Cindy Hum dislikes about Café Blu Blu:
Café Blu Blu offers a decent atmosphere and friendly service, but my overall experience with the menu was a bit disappointing. The food and service at Café Blu Blu left much to be desired. I was disappointed when I ordered a bottle of wine, and the server asked to open it in the back only to bring me a bottle that was missing over a glass. When I pointed this out, he merely responded with, “I owe you one,” without acknowledging the issue. It was unclear whether he drank it himself or if it was simply spilled. It would have been more professional to mention this upfront. Instead, he just provided an extra glass of wine, which felt like an inadequate response to the oversight. Additionally, the restaurant lacks a cozy atmosphere and has a strange layout. As a chef, it’s not necessary to visit every table to solicit Google reviews and share your personal stories. There are plenty of excellent dining options nearby. Save your time and money and look elsewhere. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $70–80 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
