If you pay close attention to what is happening, they simply have a repertoire of ~10 drinks and they make one for you based on what your preferences are. This is no different then a bartender recommending a drink from a menu based on what you like. So you’re basically paying $45/drink for the showmanship where they make it out to look like they are talking to you and “feeling your energy” and making a custom drink for you when that is not truely the case. But they definitely put the effort into making it a show and experience. Will take photos of you and send them to you and try to remember your name so it feels more personal.
