Good quality of coffee, with a nice character of a cafe and a very friendly staff, will go again

I paid $7.79 for a and iced chai tea latte that was terrible. THE WORST. The cup was filled to the top with ice, and consisted of milk and a splash of chai mix. I asked for a chai latte on the sweeter side (like Starbucks) the barista said, normally they put a tea bag in for the hot lattes but they have a syrup type thing. So I said okay…. I swear the barista filled the cup with 95% milk and then a splash of the “syrup” what seemed to have been a carton of Tazo chai tea latte mix. First of all… the tazo chai tea latte mix says to mix equal parts…. Anyways my latte tasted only of milk, after I asked for more of the mix she added some to the top….. not nearly enough for it to be 50-50 latte mix and milk. But at this point, I knew they lacked the experience to make a proper iced chai tea latte, and it was a lost cause.

Used to be my go too place for a coffee when I first moved into the neighbourhood last summer. But now il never set foot in there again. Last two times I got a latte it was cold by the time I got home which is only 2mins walk away from the shop. You're also not allowed dogs in a coffee shop that is more than big enough to allow 1 dog in at a time so someone can grab a quick takeaway coffee. And it's not like the coffee is a fair price in there its over priced compared to most places. You'd be honestly better off going to Timmys and paying $2 less for a coffee that isn't going to be instantly cold.

Vegetarian options include all drinks, a vegetarian sandwich, and an assortment of baked goods, with a few vegan options available. For those with dietary restrictions, there are many alternative milk options, some vegan baked goods, and a selection of gluten-free treats. One cookie is both vegan and gluten-free!

The coffee here is always changing, offering both a 'house brew' and a 'feature brew,' and every cup is incredible. Additionally, they have a great variety of baked goods, including vegan-friendly choices. During peak times, there might be a short wait for your drink, but it's definitely worth it. There's a reason why it's always bustling with customers!
