I can't stop thinking about the lemon poppyseed financier—it's incredible! The croissants are also exceptional! I can't wait to visit the other cafes that offer their treats so I can sample more! Located inside AMELIA's, a charming new market bodega and tiny restaurant (previously TULIP, for those who remember), the pastry selection is incredible and mouthwatering. My absolute favorite is the pinwheel with caramelized onions and mustard. Made from a buttery, croissant-like dense millefeuille, it features crispy onions and a mild mustard that make it irresistible. I could easily enjoy one (or three!) of these every day. Everyone I've shared it with has gone crazy for it. Their ham and chocolate croissants are incredible as well. I will definitely be ordering more from their menu.
