Reviews - Brazen Head
Reviews summary
Nestled in the heart of Dublin, this vibrant venue offers an inviting atmosphere complemented by outdoor seating. While the quick service and friendly staff frequently receive praise, some guests express frustration over inflated prices and unexpected gratuity charges. Dining experiences can be inconsistent, with food quality and menu options varying. Patrons appreciate the extensive drink selection, particularly craft beers, and some find value in the casual dining environment perfect for a quick lunch or evening outing. Even with its flaws, the mix of ambiance, conviviality, and potential for memorable moments keeps visitors returning for more.

Great food however our server just wasn't in the game. It was a slow night and she just didn't seem interested in her job. I managed to spill some water and the two of us stood up to start wiping it up and she walked away. It wasn't till another server came over to help that we managed to clean up the water. Disappointed. View all feedback.
What Leon Blackwood dislikes about Brazen Head:
Attended a single release event on the 3rd floor (Black Sheep) the space is self was nice. They had an outdoor patio which was also nice. However the prices were way over priced. On top of regular priced items they added an extra 20% gratuity to everyone's bills which was NOT mentioned a head of time. To top it off they proceeded to request even more tips when paying digitally. Was jot impressed. If you decide to att... View all feedback.

Good food, good drinks and amazing patio! We had lunch outside and it was great!
Enjoyed dinner here before the Canada/Mexico CWNT friendly at BMO. Interior looked very nice, but we opted for the (dog-friendly) patio. The entire patio is in shade by late afternoon, which makes it quite comfortable. It’s a little noisy with street traffic, but that’s very much expected. This is a great option for those attending anything at BMO. A very easy and short walk for some very fine food and a refreshing pint of Guinness.
Food was great! Staff was welcoming and friendly! Stopped in before a concert at Budweiser Stage service was fast, perfect spot for pre concert dinner.

We enjoyed our visit to Brazen Head. The food was top-notch, and the service matched the quality of the food – attentive and friendly. The cozy interior creates an inviting atmosphere. Whether you're in for a pint or a full meal, I'd highly recommend Brazen Head.
Even though it was busy the staff was friendly and happy. Service was good and didn't have to wait very long. Even though we were a bit late for our reservation they made we had a table when we came in. Very happy, love this Pub!
We went upstairs to the Black Sheep.they have the same menu. Service was very cordial albeit a bit slow: appetizer ended up arriving with the main courseWe weren't in a hurry, so that was not a problem. Tasty food. Paid $150 for 1 cocktail, 1 flatbread, 1 club salad and one meat entree.
I loved the place. Decoration is nice and loved plants in all corners. Food was pricey and taste was ok. Drinks were good.
First time visit. Had dinner with two friends. Had the Brazen Burger. The bacon was overcooked and the bun too soft to hold it together. But otherwise it was delicious. Served with a generous amount of fries. Also had the sub Caesar and tea. Price with tax and tip: $40.09. Busy on a Friday night but quiet and the service was quick and attentive. Will revisit.

This was a great location for the concert we were heading to. Our server was very nice. The food service was very quick! My husband and I will definitely be back!
Recently on Brazen Head with a girlfriend dimmed for dinner on Monday evening at 6:00. That was my second time I fed here, the first being for brunch pre Covid. The dining room was almost empty, which was great (the bar area was busy though), it kept noise levels down for easy entertainment and it did not feel crowded, which is also beautiful. Our server was attentive without being annoying. I didn't love the Wintersangria, but the Apple Cider was mocktail my guest and I had fantastic after my drink. We had a St Patrick's Day starter from Bretzel Bissen with a beer and Cheddar Dip and a mushroom truffle Flatbread App The Flatbread was a bit dry and needed some balm glaze or something, but the Brezel dimmer was great. For the net she had Tacos that she enjoyed and I had the vegan Vermicelli that was absolutely for DIE FOR. It had a large spice level and was a generous part. Overall, I would like to return to this place on another, unobstructed day for the ambience of the dining room and try some other cocktails/restaurants.
I and my friend came for dinner for the new year. There was not only a football match on all screens, although we asked our server 10 minutes before midnight. The DJ could be better in the selection of the music he offered, I approached Herm with some inquiries and he said that everything was already programmed with his music, it is ha d to believe that now, as technology such advanced songs cannot be added to any system or play form of any system.
The food was good... except afteros were cold. They came out within 5 minutes after the order. My question is that they prescribe certain items during the busy periods such as TFC games at speed table turns. For $21... No sour cream or salsa. Otherwise, great place to have pints and food.
