The two people working there while my husband and I or... read more Really wanted to love this place but reviews about dry tasting donuts and poor customer service are true. The two people working there while my husband and I ordered could not have cared less about our questions or business. Both of them ignored us (in an empty shop) when we entered and seemed to be annoyed that we wanted to buy anything or ask a question.The donuts looked great but tasted stale and lacked flavour. For the price there are definitely better options for taste and service.Forgot to mention at the end of our transaction one of the employees turned the payment screen to us that had tip percentages starting at 15% and said “choose one”. I did end up tipping (despite the horrible service) as i hope someone who actually bakes the donuts or provides any kind of customer service there receives it but the attitude surrounding the interaction was incredibly off-putting.

The donut wall was a show-stopper and the donuts were darn delicious. Our guests (and the staff of the venue) were so impressed. The team were fantastic to work with leading up to the event and drop off/setup/pick-up ran very smoothly! Would highly recommend for any event!

Also, their flavours were not tasty for me, even a basic one like chocolate. I guess fritters were better than donuts. I’ve had much tastier donuts at half the price in Toronto! I requested to have a message on it saying that and unfortunat... read more I ordered the $69 birthday cake for my girlfriend’s 30th birthday as I really enjoy their donuts. I requested to have a message on it saying that and unfortunately I didn’t look at the cake in the box when I picked it up. Once I got to my destination, I realized they missed this detail and I was 2 hours outside of the city. I loved the cake itself, but it was a bit disappointing they missed an important detail especially for a big milestone and expensive cake. Note: I added the 30th decal myself (in photo) as I luckily purchased just in case.
