The hostess gave us inaccurate information about the cost of bottle service to persuade us to get a booth, and we only discovered the true price when the bill came. Furthermore, a drunken girl bumped into our table and spilled our unopened drinks, but the management declined to replace the bottles. We attempted to contact them through emails and phone calls afterward, but received no response. It’s obvious why this place is facing challenges; if they don’t improve their customer service, they may not survive for long!
