I would no longer visit this place for eating or something.

In view of the call of vikram, we expected a meal worthy of his vancouver restaurant and we were completely abandoned to a very expensive wise.

The food was decent... read more I've been to Vij's restaurant in Vancouver several times and often cook from his books, so I was a bit disappointed with this pop-up format. The food was decent, but the standout dish was definitely the Lamb Pikels; the rest of the dishes were just okay. Unfortunately, the service and the location felt pretty average (is it really just a hotel restaurant?). I probably wouldn't return for the food or anything else.

Given Vikram's reputation, we expected a meal that would reflect the quality of his Vancouver establishment, but instead, we were left disappointed and with a hefty bill.
