We enjoyed a delicious Chicken Bowl that we customized ourselves. The server was friendly and accommodating.

I had a great experience at this restaurant for lunch. I loved the ability to personalize my meal with various toppings and sauces, and the bowl exceeded my expectations in terms of taste. The jasmine green tea I ordered was also very enjoyable. The seating was comfortable, but unfortunately the wifi was slow and unreliable. They offer a variety of vegetarian options on their menu. Parking is limited as there is no designated lot, so you may need to find street parking or use a public lot nearby.

The food was tasteless and lacking flavor, and the service was even worse. They didn't provide enough protein in my meal and there was an excess of rice with no taste.

QR code at the entrance for ordering while people are in line, it ends up charging you a service fee and also they start the order after people behind you in line have been

I love basil box, just not this location. I was on my way somewhere but got lost and I had to use the washroom really badly (I was planning to use the washroom at my intended destination). I came to this basil box because I've always remembered my experience at their locations always consisted of great, friendly service and high standards for cleanliness as a bonus to their great food. I know with downtown stores, businesses may want customers to buy something in order to have access to the washroom to deter any unwanted behaviour within the store, so when I came in, I offered to purchase something after using the washroom because at that point, it was an emergency and I would've honestly peed my pants if I waited moments longer, but the employee I interacted with had a whole attitude and opinion that i don't deserve to use the washroom because I have to buy something first. I don't play games when it comes to having to use the washroom – I have a small bladder and so when I need to go, I very seriously NEED to go, and I was fully prepared and willing to buy extra menu items AFTER but nope. It couldn't happen. So, desperate me purchased a water bottle for the key, then I left the water bottle on the counter because my only focus at that point was to simply make it to the washroom, and this employee had a smirk like this is funny and took their time to give the key, even though the whole interaction began with me asking for the washroom key. Then after I used the washroom which was dirty I gave the key back, picked up the water bottle, left and never looked back. Never coming back.Ultimately, It doesn't matter much, and yet it matters! The store was literally empty except 2 other people. I wasn't exactly sketchy looking, and I offered to buy something after as part of my request to use the washroom. Very disappointing and frustrating, not cool at all.But I still like your other locations, so I'll visit those – just not here.
