Your staff member with long braided hair at the counter is casting a shadow on your beautiful coffee. I asked a question, and she never answered. I won't be coming back again. Really poor service.
I always look for service and quality of food together. Sometimes I see bad food with good service. I don't mention that but I don't accept bad service. Foods are fresh but service seems to depend on the worker's mood. I would understand sitting time but I don't accept “ you can not use my computer” even if I want to read a newspaper it will take the same space.
I like your coffee and croissant. But I couldn’t said the same thing about your customer service, if there’s any issue with having a computer or electronic device while drinking your coffee, it should be addressed in a proper way, not making customers feel ashamed in front of others. Really poor service.
We were 5 people who ordered 3 cappuccinos and 2 iced beverages. The staff who took my order at the cash register could see the rest of my party getting themselves seated so I wish she had reconfirmed with me whether we were taking our drinks to go or if we planned to stay there. I believe the cold drinks are given in to go cups anyways but they have speciality mugs and saucers for hot beverages which we were NOT given. I did not realise in advance that this was something I should have mentioned, but she could easily see my family sotting down so she should have known to give them in ceramic cups. I found her overall attitude to be a bit rude in general. No warmth, no smile. The actual baristas (a petite asian girl in particular) were very kind, smiling, asking if i required extra spoons, sugar, etc. the matcha strawberry was nice but I don’t think I’ll choose to dine in here again just because of that one caucasian staff with the short hair’s lack of customer service. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5
I’ve been coming here every week for the past few months since I found out they make great iced matcha lattes! At first, the matchas were great- decent amount of matcha powder was used and didn’t simply taste like milk. Now when I go, the amount of matcha powder they put in their drinks has decreased a lot. When I watch them make the drink, they nearly fill the cup with milk to the top and barely put any matcha in there- my drink only taste like milk. You can see the between in colour between the two drinks. A little disappointed that their matcha lattes are made so inconsistently : Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
