While walking along St. Clair West, we came across this restaurant. Initially, we were hesitant because the exterior and interior appeared dated, and the dining area was not very crowded. However, we decided to give it a try and we were pleasantly surprised. The pasta was delicious and tasted like it was freshly made. We were also treated to complimentary bread and a refreshing tomato salad. The chef clearly has expe... View all feedback.
Located in Toronto's West End, this restaurant is unassuming and looks very ordinary. At first glance, we thought we've entered a family asian restaurant as both the server and the cook look japanese... But the menu is definitely italian and the food served was amazingly good, specially the linguini alla vongole and the seafood spaghetti. It turns out the chef (who is korean) had spent many years honing his trade in Italy. Service is very friendly and the creme brulée which was graciously offered on the house was really astounding!
Don't judge this place on look alone try the food and you'll be back again. I had Spaghetti and meat balls which was wicked awesome, My GF had the seafood pasta and loved it. 5/5 I'll be back for sure. Excellent prices great food.
The food was awesome. Best homemade pasta i ever had. The crème brullee was fenomenal. Would definately go there again!
The chef is a master. I thoroughly enjoyed his creations and the atmosphere in the restaurant which I had to myself on a Monday afternoon. I left very happy and the chef totally made my day better.Edit: Wow I didn't realize the photos from this review would have over 1000 views in a month!! Just validates my review and how good the chef is. To be totally clear, in my most popular photo, I ate the first piece of zucchini and pumpkin puree with that delicious sauce BEFORE I took the photo. Hahahaha it just looked too enticing. What an experience and I feel so blessed to have experienced it. Be good to everyone and the chef will do the same for you! Thank you again!!!!!!
Absolutely delicious spaghetti Bolognese. The meal starts with fresh bread and oil, followed by a taste cleanser, and wow what a great main meal. I recommend this place to those visiting. Clean bathrooms, amazing service, and an atmosphere to die for.Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian optionsWheelchair accessibility: The place is NOT wheelchair accessibleDietary restrictions: The waiter asked about dietary allergies, very nice.
