Feedback
What Jack Zhou dislikes about 7-eleven:
The service was disappointing. The older Asian woman with brown hair seemed disinterested in her work. If she doesn’t enjoy her job, perhaps she should consider another path. View all feedback.
I visited this 7-Eleven around 2:40 PM and had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. The manager, an Asian middle-aged woman with short hair, was shockingly rude and seemed ill-suited for her role. Instead of showing even the slightest bit of professionalism or courtesy, she spoke in a condescending and sarcastic tone, as if assisting a customer was beneath her. Her attitude was outright hostile, and her behavior was embarrassing for the brand. Honestly, she appeared to be someone who shouldn't be in a position interacting with customers, let alone managing a store. If this is how she typically treats patrons, it’s no surprise that this location is gaining a poor reputation. I left feeling disrespected and appalled. 7-Eleven needs to seriously reconsider who they put in leadership, as this level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I would recommend avoiding this location if you expect any form of decent treatment.
