What User likes about Carousel Cafe:
3.5/5 I went in with very low expectations because of the poor reviews, but it turned out to be decent. The food wasn't as good as I had hoped, but it was still acceptable.

What User doesn't like about Carousel Cafe:
The food was quite mediocre. It felt like it came from the freezer, just reheated. The server forgot to bring us water, and we had to ask three times before she finally did. View all feedback.
