Essence Cafe - Toronto

Just had the yummiest lunch at Cafe 2283 over looking the lake at Toronto. The hosts, Valentina and Adam are a delightful couple and the food is excellent Beautifully presented, wonderful quality, and very reasonably priced.

Noticed this cafe was under new management, so decided to have lunch with a friend. As soon as We sat down we were offered water or a drink. Drinks came out quick. The staff were all super friendly, the food was amazing, large serves great prices. I think it's going to be my new go to cafe now� just what toront needs. Hope the locals support this great little cafe.

Just had breakfast here it was absolutely delicious. I don’t like strong coffee so got a 1/2 strength it was perfect. Highly recommend it.

Friendly service and staff are attentive. Açai bowl is amazing and the coffee is great too!! Nice to see cafes like this in the towns that I visit for work! Will definitely make this my regular cafe when I come to town!

Best place to eat in Toronto food is always delicious, service is excellent. Adam and Tina are such lovely people with big welcoming smiles. Highly recommended Cafe 2283 to everyone
