We have enjoyed this place before, but the service was quite weak for the very high price we paid $100+ per person). Just too many mistakes to overlook: hung up coat inside out, no drink menu for 15 minutes, physically interrupted conversations just to put cutlery down/no excuse me, noticeably long wait time between app and main 25+ mins), kicked no apology, servers chewing food walking around, zero personality: why... It seemed to me that Woods is a hidden gem. The atmosphere was chill and welcoming. The serving staff's knowledge of the food and drinks was beyond my expectations. Extremely friendly and helpful. 10 out to 10 for me!

I don’t often leave poor reviews, but if the service could be polished this place is great.
Second time to this restaurant, excellent as usual, good food and service. I had a great time.
