KFC's quality has declined. They are skimping on ketchup and no longer have hot sauce. Their chicken pieces are small and prices have increased. I can go to another restaurant and get more food for less money. KFC's portions are small even with their deals. I love their chicken but it's too expensive.

The service at this restaurant was very unprofessional, especially the man taking orders.

The chicken pieces at this restaurant are small, like nuggets, and dry. I have officially decided to boycott KFC. Mary Brown's chicken is better in comparison.

Hoping for a hit of nostalgia and with a 20%off coupon I ordered some delivery for myself, daughter and a friend. There were so many challenges with the order and App that the experience was a pretty big disappointment. Stone cold popcorn chicken and fries (kinda expected on delivery). One hour to get the order. Wrong sauces. No napkins/cutlery. Wrong soft drink. And to top it off, the response from KFC was a free small popcorn chicken coupon that expired in 10 days. Really? That’s the best. Doesn’t cut it with me

The sandwich is better than everything else. Chicken was very dry and over fried, some more salty than other. The gravy is lacking flavor as well.
