I happened to be in the shopping center and while waiting I had an aperitif and considering that I had to go to dinner I asked for a snack that was not too large but that was not simply crisps and peanuts. The girls consulted because my request went beyond the standard of the products offered by the place, they immediately committed themselves to satisfying me and took the responsibility of going beyond the (too rigid) rules of the place. Andrea (the most experienced) was able to manage the situation, she worried about my satisfaction and above all she behaved as if she were the owner of the place (which is unlikely considering her young age). Therefore, I suggest to the owners to give more power to their employees and to listen to their advice, they are the ones who deal with customers every day.

It could have been pleasant if the service had been faster and more precise. Also the food was disappointing for the overall price paid. We will not return.

I highly recommend trying it unlike the usual fast food in the shopping center, excellent variety of choice for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. I will definitely go back.

I accompanied my brioches with a nice soy cappuccino, excellent and well served cream Best bar in lingotto highly recommend!!!!
