Piadineria Artigianale Emiliana

A pochi passi dalla piazza del castello, ha aperto un luogo locale chiamato artigianale e non è un caso, perché è davvero un ristorante tradizionale. da queste parti si mangiano ingredienti biologici e prodotti di produzione come carne o formaggio, farina e uova.

Went for just a ham, cheese Rocket and it was fabulous. very tasty and fresh ingredients washed down my a Menabrea. Ample seating, clean, attentive staff.

Just outside our studio we discovered this nice piadineria. We didn't really know what to expect but were very happy we had made the choice to go here. Very nice lady who served us. She didn't speak any English but we were able to communicate with some improvised sign language. The wine was sublime and the piadena's were amazing! (It's a wrap with freshly baked bread and you van choose what's inside). Also not expensive at all. Ideal if you're just looking for something small to eat.

I can't recommend this place more. My experience here was fantastic. The proprietor did not speak English but was extremely hospitable and accommodating. I got the Piadina Vermiglia which was fantastic. The combination of sliced charcuterie, arugula (rocket), parmesan cheese, and balsamic vinaigrette is to die for. I went here twice while I was abroad in separate trips. The second time I brought my mom to have a great meal. Surprisingly the owner recognized me from my first visit even though my visits were almost two months apart. This is exactly the place you want to go to when in Turin. This place is special.
