Great experience at the Bistrot in the inn. Elegant, welcoming and informal. Delicious cuisine, original combinations and quality raw materials. We started with two appetizers: the prawns in tempura, were a cloud, very light and tasty, accompanied by a sauce that enhances the taste; the second appetizer a octopus on saffron potato cream, melted in the mouth, a perfect combination, I would have eaten another dish. We continued with two first, spaghetti with clams, tasty cheek, the chosen pasta was perfect; another first amatrician of shrimp, sweet, tasty and smoked. An interesting sea and land meeting! We have Concluso with two desserts: coulis of raspberries with vanilla foam, and strawberries with ice cream. All accompanied by excellent wine from Sardinia. A place to go, very recommended for the good and original proposals, presented with style enhancing its beauty. Raw materials used of quality, you take a good job and commitment in the kitchen, as in the proposal in general. A place to eat well, arrange a nice lunch or dinner enjoying the beautiful dehor.

Sunday lunch to celebrate a family birthday. Flavors, raw materials and excellent presentation. A culinary journey, made of creativity and original proposals. Salad of calamari olives in the oven and pecorino sauce, a refined and delicate dish. Cream powder on potato cream, very soft and presented with elegance. First abundant dishes and cooked with care, wild boar cutters, pecorino and cheek ears, octopus ragout dumplings with 'nduja and Parmesan sauce. Second fried squid and soft prawns like a butter, very fresh and then a wadding of black garlic with asparagus and tartar sauce. The kitchen of this which is love and passion is seen in the menu proposals, in the way of bringing them in tables and in the punctual and centered combinations. We were very well, followed and pampered during the service. A great place!

Nice place with the only defect of the lacking parking. suitable for fast working meals with good quality at good prices. youthful and well trained staff. they also managed to satisfy some of my intolerances. Thank you.
