Guste - Torino

I had two good experiences in this places and got close friends with the waiter. I come back after two months and I realize she's not part of the staff anymore and one could notice how things changed. Floor was completely dirty and service (performed by the manager) was so rude. After that, I got in contact with the former waiter and told me the horrible experience she had: they never paid her, never did her a contract (even if she is an Italian citizen) and when she went to collect her money they threated her with a knife in the kitchen for asking what belongs to her! Just go to Google Maps reviews and you will see the boicot that people started because fortunately she is not alone as they thought.

Great food, nicely decorated interior and most of all: fantastic service. Definitely our best Torino experience (even if all restaurants are really unequalled). This restaurant has the extra touch, great selection of wines too. We liked it so much, we went twice during our 5 days stay inTorino. And no doubt we will be back next time.

Exposed bricks, few tables, top lighting, essential but refined tableware. an intimate restaurant, suitable for romantic dinners. menu with a limited number of choices, but just seen the local. Amazing dish? Agnolotti stuffed with pear and herbs... fa-vo-lo-si. other unusual combination? spaghetti with vanilla butter and anchovies of the cantabric mar. some improvement is still possible but there are excellent bases. waiting times are a little long, but in the kitchen I think they are not in many. We'll be back.

Nice and cozy place, few covered but everything is well maintained, kind person and prepared. Very good dishes and cured but too small portions, four stars instead of five,just for this reason. The account is medium high, but the quality must be paid, fresh cutlets made by them or beat the knife made at the moment. Overall a good experience, council.
