I had an instinct about this restaurant, looking at the menu when we passed by one afternoon and booked for the next evening (essential, it seems). How lucky; it was our last night of a five-day stay in Turin and the best dinner we had. Small and unpretentious with a concise menu and we were the only non-Italians (both usually a good sign). We opted for the incredibly good value three course tasting menu of Piedmontese dishes, with the help of my Italian food dictionary and the patient waiter who explained it all, including prawns wrapped in prosciutto and venison stew. I tried to resist pudding, then saw the perfect panna cotta gently wobbling its way to the next table and gave in. If only it hadn't been our last night, we'd have loved to go back but the South Coast of England is a bit far.

Small but cozy local located in the quadrilateral area Roman service efficient and very friendly, Piedmont-style menus, well presented dishes, good quality, fair price...everything very positive. we have returned and therefore we recommend it without doubt. Good!

Just a few steps from the square of the herbs, at the entrance of via s. domenico, there is a delicious tavern with twenty seats, offering a traditional Piedmont cuisine with some Mediterranean divagations. Menu with the right proposals (not encyclopaedic, nor striminzito) offers a nice menu degotation that includes dishes of choice from the menu. adding the sweet (the excellent bunet tasted) you get to very good also the wine of the house, rare thing. Margins of improvement in the kitchen: the topinambur flan was excessively delicate, a little more flavor would not have matched. Other stinks and carrots were still slightly hard. but the taste was there, sign of a good choice of raw materials. Excellent service, to try again.

I simply loved the dinner I had here. The food is typical Piedmontese, the kind that feels like it was cooked at home. Portions are generous and the price–quality ratio is amazing. I had a three-course meal for just €25. Patrizia, the waiter, is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Highly recommended.

Hidden gem in Torino. This is not Gault Millaut nor Guide Michelin restaurant BUT, food is excellent! Try their vitello tonnato costine di maiale! Si mangia bene, molto bene! Friendly, top service! Mille grazie signora.
