consortium is a restaurant that will remain impressed. from the outside the windows do not allow to see the inside; but this gives a pleasant atmosphere of intimacy, if you have the right society. once you enter you are welcomed in the small room by the staff, always friendly and up to the height. the menu does not offer the variety of great chains, but this is definitely a force: a few dishes and research in composi... What Bjarke Bro dislikes about Consorzio:
typical dishes of the poor Piedmont cuisine presented in a sustained way (minimum prices and a non-existent cost.) the quality of ingredients and preparation is undoubted, but the service is so unpleasant to make indigestion every mouth. in a restaurant, food is important, but the atmosphere is the one that makes it back or not in a place. Very interesting kitchen. in a friendly and friendly environment. recommend without doubt!
Piedmontese cuisine revisited wisely and creatively, really excellent, even desserts. very well made cocktails, wine card also provided with esters, only tips: to write which wines are bio or experimental because they are particular and not all appreciate
Great. a place dedicated to the magical world of strawberries. cozy and quiet place with a curious cobbled floor. the service is quick and very professional staff ready to any explanation on the dishes and combinations of wine or beer. from the appetizer to the second wide choice of courses based on frills cooked very well and with great imagination. Not to be missed.
Consorzio is a classic piemontese restaurant in the historic center of Torino. Wine selection is really really good, I had a dolcetto by Bartolo Mascarello (beautiful). The dishes are faithful contemporary interpretations of piemontese cuisine, never too daring nor boring. Absolutely recommended.
We were able to book a table on the same day, and decided for tasting menu. best tartaric acid among several. crunchy eggs were delicious and very tasteful. the sauce with the ravioli was fantastic. very meaty main dish. and tasty panna cotta to finish. wein was... really good and cheap.
