This place is awful. The girl at the front desk (Sara) was lovely, and the location (by Porta Palazzo) is great. Other than that, though, this is probably the WORST travel experience I've ever had. Not a good option in Turin at all.

I stayed at a shared bedroom for 2 nights and it was really good service there the people who work there are nice and makes an effort to help you make the most of your stay. There is a bar and a restaurant that seemed really nice (I did not try the food) but the drinks are good. The hygiene there was really good and they did a really good job cleaning after one of the once in my room checked out. The common kitchen and washing room were good and clean too. It’s only a 20 minute walk from Torino Porta Susa if you come by train which I found good because the directions were easy to follow. The only thing I can come up with is that I find the place to be a little off of the centre where you probably would want to explore when coming to Turin. Though a good thing with this is that you will defiantly see the local area which was pretty amazing.

Flashy and expensive for a hostel, rough for a hotel. The rooms are nice and comfy and the solutions for sharing are very cool. It's not a real hostel though, with the shared communal space mostly being the commercial bar/resto downstairs. Nights are very loud there, so it's not a good pick if noise is a issue. I could hear the drum and bass from 2 floors up. Otherwise I loved the rooms (although the temperature was way too hot and there wasn't a chance to change it from the control panel because a password was needed). 3 and a half star

I recently stayed at the Combo Torino and had an overall very positive experience, ideal for those seeking a dynamic, designer-inspired environment in the heart of Porta Palazzo. Strengths • Design and Structure: The industrial-style renovation is truly impressive. The spaces are spacious, airy, and tastefully furnished, capturing the building's soul in a modern and functional way. • Hospitality: Special praise goes to the staff's courtesy. They were extremely kind, helpful, and ready to offer helpful tips about the city. • Breakfast: Truly excellent. Fresh products, variety, and quality above average for hostels/hotels in this category. A great way to start the day. Cons (Noise) Despite the high quality of the structure, there are a couple of noise-related issues that could disturb light sleepers: 1. Exterior: The area is very central and lively, but the frequent passing of trams can be clearly heard in rooms overlooking the street. 2. Interior: During my stay, there were some rather disruptive school groups. Since the common areas are very large and open, the chatter and crowded hallways tend to create an echo effect that can be tiring in the evening or early morning. In summary: Combo is a splendid property, with a vibrant soul and impeccable service. I highly recommend it to those who love design and conviviality, perhaps suggesting bringing a pair of earplugs if you want absolute silence.
