He humiliated us because we didn't bring our table receipt for payment; we even apologized for the wind, which might have caused the receipt to be lost. When Sara was there, the atmosphere was super fun and festive, and even with the other employees, everything was much more harmonious. Even the cream was better. To be honest, at first I only went for the cream they served with my coffee, and they gave me a nice generous spoonful. Now it's a bit meager. There was more richness and abundance before, now it's a bit sparser. Before, I could almost always choose my seat, but now they're a bit more restrictive. I think the difference is made by the people; the team from a while back seemed more functional. Not that the people aren't helpful and kind now; Bloom has maintained a good level, but there's no comparison with the hospitality of before. The quality of the food has remained the same! In any case, it's a great place to have a coffee, chat with friends, and have simple, delicious snacks! I recommend it!
