Herr Käthe - Torgau

The food is excellent, the portions very large.

It is the only vegan option in torgau, as far as I know and it is worth a try! the waitress was friendly, but not well informed about veganism, but could solve it by asking the cook. what I got was a really big size of herbal curry (see photos, what she can not see is that there was a lot tofu, sweet and curry sauce under the rice, also! what tasted fresh had a lot smoked tofu in it (I think they put the whole package on my teller because she thought it was not another vegan food filling it out today.

We ended there by entering in happy kuh (in the opposite it is absolutely no matter that restaurants / caffes with the thema vegan) and were very satisfied. we have a nice place in the courtyard and the atmosphere was very cozy and pleasant. friendly service that led us through the in the did something confusing card (a dish with cheese, for example was vegan marked). suppe on the way: absolutely recommended and our vegan-modified main dishes were also very delicious. at the end there was a very tasty cappuccino with soy milk. a large price/performance ratio and a pleasant handling of the corona situation.

What I got was a real huge size of vegetable curry (see photos what you cannot see is that there is a lot of tofu, vegetables and curry sauce underneath the rice, too! which tasted fresh, had a lot of smoked tofu in it (I think they put the whole package on my plate, because they thought there wouldn‘t be another vegan food order today . It was nothing special and no sensation in taste, but decent and filling.
