Always feel this Starbucks is way to small for the centre and sometimes does lack the quality of some other Starbucks.. Service today was good and polite, and both our drinks were hot and tasted good. Sat in comfortable chairs and had a pleasant 20 restful minutes View all feedback.

Called in on. Wednesday late afternoon with my daughter. Service was quick and drinks were OK. Nice comfortable environment. Would visit again. Server polite and helpful . View all feedback.
Ceri the Barrista/manager called the 2 young girls working there to explain the markings on the cups several times. His attitude was awful towards them and he made it look as though they were causing problems and causing the delays but it was him. I ordered a medium latte what is hard about that?!?!?!?!? The guy is an idiot will not be returning
Went in for a some gift cards and a bag of coffee. First thing I noticed was a food hygiene rating of 3 of 5 which is unusual for such a big chain. Gift card stock was empty and had to ask if they even sold them and they went and found some under a cabinet which also they had to do every single individual transaction for every gift card. By the time I had finished I went to walk out and saw at least 15 people behind me waiting behind me waiting to be served. I needed the envelopes but felt pressured just to leave. There were only 4 people working and one was training. Its obvious its a higher management issue. I really felt bad for the employees.
Great location in the middle of town. Went in just before closing. Had a Salted Caramel Hot chocolate from Starbucks festive collection. Very disappointing and one of the most average hot chocolates I have had this year. Really did not taste like salted caramel. Not a great fan of Starbucks and this reaffirmed why I normally go elsewhere. Would not recommend.
Manager was asked a simple query and we was ment with a very unapproachable attitude and the way he spoke to me unbelievable I was absolutely gob smacked never delt with the query spoken to customers complaints but nothing has been delt with socking customer service then the manager was on the till at a later date and I said all my 12 year old daughter said let him serve you and I said to him all wanted was an apology off you for the way you spoke to me and he laughed in my face in and said I’m not apologise to you so I asked for someone else to serve me this this is not acceptable for a manager
Appalled by how i was served by Anna she obviously could not understand thr running of a shop in a busy environment. I was ordering 2 coffees 1 cold iced latte for a friend and one hot caramel coffee. Her attitude was disgusting so i apologise for being tired and on a night shift. after I explained as she rushed me! Then she refered to my order as spinning her out can i repaet it all again i am discusted at her empathy and customer service skills on a day where it was needed most
