Despite serving delicious, fresh pizzas with soft dough and flavorful seasoned fries, the delivery experience at this restaurant has been consistently disappointing for many customers. Frequent delays, with orders arriving well beyond expected times, have left diners frustrated, often without timely updates. Complaints about incorrect orders and unresponsive staff compound the issue, leading to serious dissatisfaction. Although some appreciate the great deals and quality of food, the service shortcomings overshadow the culinary strengths. As it stands, many patrons are reconsidering their loyalty, citing that the frustration of late or incomplete orders detracts significantly from their overall dining experience.

Last night, I ordered two takeaway pizza deals from this restaurant through Uber Eats at 7:15 pm, but did not receive the food until 9:10 pm. It was frustrating as there were no updates on the wait time from either the restaurant or Uber Eats. I had to call the restaurant twice to inquire about the delay, but received no apology from the staff. Additionally, there was no option to request a refund. After paying £27 and waiting for two hours, we were left disappointed. Unfortunately, we will not be ordering from here again.
First time of trying a pizza from here last night. Ordered a pizza deal. On a positive note-the chips were delicious. So tasty. Very big portions. Dips good too. On a negative note-the garlic bread was your big standard garlic baguette. (I thought it would of been home made). My pizza, whilst it tasted very nice, it was lacking in how much they give per topping, and the pizza base wasn’t cooked enough for me (that’s my personal preference though).
We use this takeaway much more than say dominos these days. Price is better and the deals are great. The new bbq or chilli bites are amazing! Kids all enjoy the food and portions are decent.
Food was 20 minutes late and cold, chips had no seasoning on and they were like mush. I did phone up to try and sort this out but nothing was done so i wont be buying from there again!!
Ordered from pizza dough tonight and again forgot something off our order which resorted in a family member having soup! As by the time they had delivered what was missing the rest of the meal would be cold.... this is happening on a regular basis....
