The service is awful and they do not even take orders when they are about to close, as they will scream at you to leave.

Really appreciated the local Lakeside fish and chip shop. Our kids played outside and the friendly staff even brought it out to us. That's absolutely ridiculous, even worse was the chips were so anaemic, swimming in gravy that you couldn't even pick out a chip, a whole mushy mess. My poor husband got the wrath at how poor this meal was Chips and gravy straight in the bin and replaced by frozen chips, how to trigger a bad mood when your looking forward to a very rare takeaway from the chippy. Pontnewydd chippy so much better.

After removing the dry batter, I found an even drie... read more The Cod at this restaurant was severely overcooked and unrecognizable, lacking any sign of life or moisture. After removing the dry batter, I found an even drier piece of brown fish hiding among the sharp, brown chips. Needless to say, I threw it away and won't be returning unless I develop amnesia and forget this terrible dining experience.
