Cold soggy fries, luke warm coffee, dried out salty chicken, not an enjoyable meal, in fact it was expensive and disappointing.
Don't know why I give this place a 2nd and 3rd chance, each time the food is awful and its stale cold. Really don't understand what's wrong with the Pontypool branch, the staff need training on how to deal with the food and thier customers, and maybe learn to put a smile on their face when greeting people rather than making the atmosphere awkward and uncomfortable.
Service very slow despite the place being quiet. Only member of staff showing any interest was a young black chap working on the counter. Not clean, food remnants on the floor and waste stacked up on the recycling bins area. Food was warm but not particularly flavoursome.
Its good food and new fries are great. Its just a shame its so pricey
Not even worth a 1 star review, absolutely filthy, terrible service. Management are a complete joke. Don’t waste your time going there.
