However, after 25 minutes, we... read more The service was very good at this restaurant. We ordered two drinks - one coffee and one soft drink - and selected table service. However, after 25 minutes, we were still waiting for our drinks and could see our order sitting on the counter. I wanted to retrieve our drinks myself, but each time I tried, the staff apologized and assured me they would bring them to our table. The restaurant also had steep steps leading to the restrooms, which was difficult for me to navigate due to my bad back. When I went to get the keys for the disabled restroom, no one was available to assist me. Overall, this was the worst dining experience I have had.

Unfortunately, we were disappointed... read more It has been a long time since we last visited a KFC. My partner and I decided to try the boneless chicken meal for a change. Unfortunately, we were disappointed to find that the chicken fillets tasted like they had been cooked in old oil. The chips were minimal, dirty, and undercooked, with a bad aftertaste. KFC should consider reviewing their products and procedures, as we do not plan on dining there again anytime soon.

Accepted as we thought the staff member said she’d add quorn. We misheard. Salad box with a few kernels of corn. No offer to refund as I’d...paid much more for the vegan burger! No gravy or coleslaw available. Salad was drenched in dressing. Grim. Dirty tables too!
