I had visited and heard the restaurant service many times, except in the last two years and had always been very good, but on this occasion it was not so that we asked for chochinillo or bleach were disappointed. These two dishes were far below the level that we hope that on the next visit, these dishes so “our” (8/10) were vallisoletanos, we have the level they had and are our gastronomic flag. What User doesn't like about Parador De Tordesillas:
Very disappointing for a Parador. Good tapita and a good wine list and one good dish a delicious cream Catalana. But the Albondigas (meatballs) were too fatty and rich and not a vegetable in sight. The lomo de ternera was over cooked although we'd asked for rare. One of the green peppers served with this dish was a red hot green chilli pepper! The sorbet was liquid! We've ordered cod and rooster exquisite. excellent atmosphere with a lot of distance between tables, in addition to attentive and fast service. We will repeat without doubt.

La cena no fue buena. Creo que faltó más información por parte del personal acerca de los platos que elegimos. Esa noche teníamos antojo de verduras y así se pidió, pero lo que vino era más de lo mismo, demasiada mezcla de lechuga en ambos platos y el tercer plato, de puerro, muy pobre. Se salvó el postre gracias a una de las camareras... leche helada. En total, claro SUSPENSO.
Volveremos sin duda, ya que queremos disfrutar de la experiencia completa en el parador que nos encantó. Solo pudimos parar a comer. El único inconveniente fue que no asociaron mi número de Amigos de Paradores, a pesar de habérselo dado previamente, aunque sí aplicaron el descuento del Gastrobono Paradores. Íbamos de camino a otro lugar, pero todos los platos estaban deliciosos, no hay nada que objetar ni a la cocina ni al servicio.
