High quality... read more Excellent food: 10 Robust flavors with high ingredients and presentation. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Ambiance: modern with interesting artworks. High quality decor Service: disorganized and incredibly slow. 3 hr for appetizers and main entrees. After the first course was done, they left the dirty plates for over 15 min. Drinks came out near the end of the meal. We had to call the waiters for assistance vs having them check in. It was frustrating part of the experience.

Outstanding restaurant in every way. Top service, creative and extremely delicious cuisine, interesting wines, and the best view in town. We had lunch, the place was empty, but do not be fooled by this; apparently, it is more of a evening and night spot. Local food with a modern twist; child friendly. Do not in any way skip desert!

Also I want to highlight that we were guests at the hotel and the breakfast was tremendous. Now for the dinner we had at Aqua... An absolute disappointment, the food lacked flavour, texture and quantity. I heard that this was supposed to be a Michelin star restaurant but the food was just a disaster... We opted for the carne and the drayage carne degustation menu. The entrée very simple and with zero taste. The elk was tasteless, the quailal actually tasted foul, the rabbit was dry and the dessert was the cheapest, tasteless slob I've ever tried. We definitely regret our visit there and the 300 euro spent on that dinner. If you don't want to end up disappointed like us just go elsewhere.

Thank you so much, will definitely come back.
