We have visited T... read more TwentyOne is a high-end tapas and wine cocktail bar located on 3 floors, offering stunning sea views and a variety of delicious vegan options. We have visited TwentyOne numerous times for both meals and drinks, always enjoying the view. What starts as a simple drink often turns into a delightful selection of vegan tapas. The staff are very accommodating and are quick to provide menu and drink suggestions when informed of our vegan preferences. We highly recommend trying the tempura zucchini strips. Additionally, they offer a salad, pizza, burger, and a rotating menu of options. Currently, all bar snacks are vegan and include olives, sun-dried tomatoes, chili rice crackers, wasabi peanuts, salted broad beans, and giant chili corn, all of which are tasty and reasonably priced. Guests have the option to sit on the outdoor terraces, which receive evening sun, or inside the restaurant. During peak hours, the middle floor terrace is reserved for diners, while the top floor offers a breathtaking view. Although not budget-friendly, the quality of the food, the ambiance, and the service make it worth the price.

We e... read more My wife and I went out for some pre-theatre food and we were pleasantly surprised by the amazing selection of vegan options and delicious drinks available. We ended up ordering a bit too much because everything sounded so good. Unfortunately, they had run out of burgers but we will definitely be back to try them. The pizza was excellent, with a great base and cheese. The mushroom risotto balls were rich and crispy, and the stuffed and baked sweet potato with cheese and avocado was delicious. The bruschetta was fresh and had a strong garlic flavor, which we loved. The restaurant is situated overlooking the inner harbor in Torquay, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. We were happy to support this locally owned business and would recommend others do the same to support independently owned businesses in the area.

I think some of the best service I've ever had anywhere in the world, It was a team effort but a huge pat on the back for Ellie! You are bloody brilliant and if you work that hard at life you've completed it!!!!! Your boss who was on with you and the other girl who brought the food out, on a very hectic busy bank Holiday sunday made it look effortless at full speed faultlessly. Bravo. You even identified 2 girls who weren't safe with another customer and sorted it, dealt with it without any hesitation or disruption to the rest of the clients. Food was great too, and the little one had a Mocktail you talked her into and she loved, we can't even get her to drink anything but water so she was made up with your suggestion. Please take a walk over to Tides and teach that lot how it's done as people double your age are struggling with years of so called training and experience. Anyone who reads this, food is great and nothing with be too much trouble for these guys! Well done Ellie.
