Only one batista working but she was patient, courteous and efficient! Delicious food and drink and we got what we ordered.(except they were out of almond milk). View all feedback.
What Tim Reutebuch doesn't like about Starbucks:
Touted as a place you don't want miss. I thought their donuts were good, but didn't meet all the hype. You want good donuts and coffee, you'll get them here. You could also get them elsewhere. View all feedback.
Received a mango dragon fruit refresher it came out with no fruit and clear it looked like a cup of ice water and tasted just as bad.
Only 1 onI thought the place was dirty counter floor she was very very busy not as friendly as others I’ve been in that’s why I gave a 4
No sign. Can't tell if it is inside of Target or not. Called several times. No answer. We drove all the way here from Jefferson only to turn around
Hannah is an asset to this establishment! Welcoming, engaging, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Made the experience fun! This Starbucks is lucky to have an employee like Hannah.
My niece wanted to treat us today. I was in a wreck yesterday and so instead of driving to Starbucks, she offered to Uber our drinks over. The order was 30.77 for three Venti coffee drinks. We ordered one Frappe cold) and two hot coffees extra hot/ I knew there may be a small wait). The drinks were made at 12:07 and arrived at 2:02.Not only were the Venti hot drinks cold and filled to the size of a Grande but the Frappuccino was completely melted and lukewarm. We called Starbucks due to our disappointment in the quality and care that went into our 3) 30.00 coffee drinks. We were told by the attending supervisor, that the quality of our drinks wasn 't as important as her not wasting product.I understand that Starbucks doesn 't control when the Uber driver arrives but Starbucks does control the quality of the drinks that they send out. As a supervisor, if you see that the drinks have sat for two hours and you still send those out, that is simply poor customer service and a poorly trained supervisor. Why wouldn 't they poor out the stale cold, melted coffee and simply have the Uber driver wait for a fresh order?I am a regular at Starbucks. I embarrassingly spend nearly 35.00 a week. That 160.00 a month. That comes out to 1,920.00 a year from one person and that doesn 't even count the random afternoon stops. The supervisor Chloey would rather sacrifice almost 2,000.00 a year, than waste the 30.00 worth of stale, cold, melted coffee.I am so disappointed and as a regular, that ALWAYS tips), this experience has helped me understand that Starbucks in Topsham does not see me as a valuable customer and doesn 'twant my hard earned cash.It also clearly exposed how ill-trained their staff is. This Starbucks doesn 't even see me as a profit margin. Clearly, they were fine with sacrificing 2000.00 a year to save 30.00. That is a clear indication that this particular Starbucks has very little understanding of customer service and how that effects profit margin.I will NOT be back and my advice to others is, if you go, do not expect to be treated like a valued customer. If your drinks do not meet the quality you expect...tough! They aren 't wasting the product to ensure you get what you paid for, regardless of the quality.I certainly hope your experience is better than mine because thin was a waste.
