These guys are amazing. I went in to ask for a donation for my daughters Unicylcing Group, the Woodside One Wheelers, and not only did they give us some stuff, they made sure we had more then enough. The kids and adults were very happy. Thank you for going above and beyond for us! We cannot thank you enough! View all feedback.
What Dean Nakoa doesn't like about Panera Bread:
Horrible customer service.....the one female manager is the worst ever she needs to go horrible to the ppl that come to eat but also the worst to her staff Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 View all feedback.
"Honestly, Panera is alright. The portion sizes are a bit on the smaller side, but that’s probably standard everywhere, so I can’t really complain. I did witness some people having a heated argument in their car, which was quite entertaining in its own right and made the visit somewhat worthwhile. I probably won't return here as I’m not keen on visiting the Topsham Fair Mall again, but who knows what the future holds. When it comes to vegetarian options, almost everything on the menu can be adapted for vegetarians. Any dish with meat can easily be switched out for a substitute of the choice. It’s definitely a place I would consider bringing my vegetarian aunt to. However, there are also plenty of small, local restaurants that offer vegan alternatives at a similar price and with larger portions, and I prefer to support those places. As for parking, there were no issues at all; there's ample space in the large parking lot surrounding the restaurant. It’s also kid-friendly, with a dedicated kids' menu that includes smaller portions and drinks, as well as high chairs available. The overall atmosphere is very casual and not at all overwhelming, making it an easy place to bring children. I took a 7-year-old and a 9-year-old with me, and they both really enjoyed their soup served in a bread bowl. They finished everything, which is always a good sign. In terms of accessibility, the establishment is wheelchair-friendly, located on the first floor, and the doors have an automatic button for easy entry. For this meal, which was for lunch, the overall experience scored a 3 out of 5 for food, service, and atmosphere. I recommend trying the variety of bagels, the Smokehouse BBQ Sandwich, along with the Tomato Soup, Cheddar Broccoli Soup, and Broccoli Cheddar Mac and Cheese. Parking is plentiful and there's free parking available.

Ordered a sandwich on the app for pickup. Went through the drive thru 15 minutes later to pick it up, sat another 10 minutes, ordered a salad, Got to the window and was told the sandwich wasn't even started it was 7 orders down on the screen. Waited another 10 minutes for the salad, and the cashier made the sandwich herself. Wasted 35 minutes of our day, just waiting on food. It looks fully staffed in the kitchen, they must not be trained. His sandwich barely had any chicken on it, and they made me the wrong salad. Won't be going back.
