My husband and I are huge foodies, so food was something that was very important to us on our wedding day. Jennifer, Ian, and team were amazing to work with, and we were so happy with our wedding food! Between the tasting and our wedding day, everything was absolutely delicious. We felt like we had a full say in our wedding menu and were even able to come up with a few custom items that Jennifer and Ian so generously agreed to. Our wedding became a bit chaotic due to an extreme downpour just before the start of our wedding ceremony. We found out over a year later that the power supply had actually gone out briefly probably making it even more chaotic! You wouldn't have known it with this team. Additionally, one of our guests needed medical help during dinner hour. Ian immediately jumped up to help by calling 911 and assisting. The 111 Maine team was outstanding they truly went above and beyond to make our day amazing; Things like shuffling around bars because of the rain after set up, rushing to pull down all of the sides of the wedding tent so that tablecloths and chairs didn't become wet, and I'm sure so much more that we never knew about. They're flexible, kind, genuine people. I can't say enough great things about the entire team!

I heard multiple times that our food at our wedding was the best anyone has had at a wedding. Jen and her team was so responsive and amazing to work with leading up to our date. They accommodated all of our requests and were so fun to work with. They asked us some of our favorite foods and completely cultivated an amazing menu based on that. Our desserts were a random assortment of our favorites baklava, tiramisu, cookies and milk and people were absolutely wowed. Not only was the menu perfection, the food was sensational! Every single person at our wedding commented on a different food item being their favorite. It seriously made our wedding stand out. If you are considering a caterer who is fantastic, responsive, reasonable, delicious, unique, and memorable, 111 Maine is 100% the one. Absolutely so happy we used them for our wedding.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Not only were they extremely professional, their food was excellent. We chose to have non traditional wedding food with appetizers like chicken and waffles and mini lobster rolls, and they were most definitely the right people to deliver. We received rave reviews from our guests. Hire them!

I am gluten and dairy free and wanted to eat on our wedding day. 111 Maine catered to our dietary needs and you wouldn't know that the recipes were altered to accommodate! The food, the presentation, the staff top notch and the best we've ever seen. We received endless compliments on our appetizers, food and drinks, still! When people are still talking about the food at your wedding, you know you picked an amazing caterer. I'd book them one thousand times again and would recommend them to everyone!

Jennifer, Ian, and the entire team at 111 Maine Catering are consummate professionals. From the initial request for a quote, to the tasting, to the day of coordination, I was truly amazed at the level of professionalism and drive this team has. Jennifer and Ian worked tirelessly to ensure that we got exactly what we envisioned. The raw bar, the poutine bar, and the charcuterie were all top notch. One of the biggest issues I have with weddings today is the lack of GOOD FOOD. It is such a simple thing, you would think, but I have been to countless events where the food was just meh! The food at our wedding was INCREDIBLE! The raw bar was absolutely fantastic with fresh lobster, shrimp, and oysters. Everything this Maine boy ever imagined. Now, for the other Maine boy- THE POUTINE bar was a hit. It made that county boy VERY HAPPY!!The bar bar was fully stocked with anything a true bar should have. Great selection of beers, wine, and liquor. And super affordable as well.I would like to send a special “Thank you” to Lilly, the Team Lead, who made the day of the event so incredibly easy. Our friends and family showed up to the venue ready to work, but Lilly took all of that work and worry away. We discussed the vision, and when we returned for the event, everything was even better than we had imagined. Her team did EVERYTHING from set up to tear down.
