Domino's Pizza - Top-of-the-World

Rude employee on the phone, no good business. Won’t be ordering from here anymore

I have to say this Domino's has turned around in the last year. Better service, the pizza has improved and the prices have come down. I retract all previous criticism.

The pizza isn't horrible, but their delivery service is just awful. Delivery was 30 mins after the quality ck. They charge a good amount for delivery I tip well upfront , but that doesn't give the customer good delivery at all.

Most of the workers at this place are great except one, supposedly he said he 's the manager which is Joseph he should not be running this place at all. I order chicken pizza with breadsticks. I had a small request, was to add BBQ sauce on my pizza after bake. he stated we do not do that here and I told him, none of the employees ever tell me anything about the BBQ sauce, he 's the only one. he stated well they should not be doing that .... he had an attitude and was very rude. He then stated YOU CANT KEEP COMING IN HERE EXPECTING THINGS FOR FREE when I never asked or expect anything for FREE. it is his job responsibility to charge me for any additional items I request for. I asked for a ranch BBQ sauce on the side. he just hands it to me without charging me so I just get my order and walk away. an hour later he calls me about my order and said if I want BBQ sauce on my pizza next time, call me in advance so I can add it and also he called LBPD supervisor complaining about me and stated HE DOES NOT WANT ME TO ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN . Joseph need to be trained on how to treat customers and meet customers expectations. He is very unprofessional and RUDE.
