Kid-friendly: Yes, it's suitable for kids, but the place isn't fancy and feels a bit worn down.

I’ve... read more We visited this restaurant to try their birria tacos, and they did not disappoint—they were quite tasty. However, the standout dish was the chile colorado. I’ve had chile colorado at various local Mexican restaurants in Topeka, but this one was by far the best. The rice was light and fluffy, definitely above average, while the refried beans were pretty standard, like what you’d find at most Mexican establishments. We also sampled the carne asada fries, which were quite good and came in a generous portion. I definitely plan to return for the chile colorado and explore other dishes on the menu. They do an excellent job here, and the prices are reasonable. I would absolutely recommend this restaurant to others.
